I am a senior citizen. The service staff is what drives my rating. The process to get an appointment is too bureaucratic and complex. Calling in and asking to talk to a specific person is a dew loop nightmare. Simplify!

Booked online via a reminder for service. I’m retired so have flexibility to make appointments. A long wait today. First service at 6 months and under 5K miles took all but 3 hours. I’ll try a different day of week next time. Service performed was great.
