I wanted to purchase a new Tacoma that day, and because of a tight schedule, I was in a hurry. When I called, the sales person that answered the phone was Izek Lewis. Izek was great! Very knowledgeable, not high pressure, took the time to listen to every one of my needs, and found the perfect truck for me.Between the efficiency of Izek and the Finance Director Casey Martinez, I was in and out in 1.5 hours and not a single mistake was made. As a business owner, I can confidently say that both of those guys deserve a raise. The Experience in person was uneventful.This morning I found a missing wheel cover. This has happened multiple times following a Toyota service (this may make 5 or six times now)Why can’t those who rotate my tires manage to replace and secure the wheel covers appropriately? I don’t get it? The cost to replace them should be deducted from my next service contract. This is getting ridiculous!
