The Experience in person was uneventful. This morning I found a missing wheel cover. This has happened multiple times following a Toyota service (this may make 5 or six times now)Why can’t those who rotate my tires manage to replace and secure the wheel covers appropriately? I don’t get it? The cost to replace them should be deducted from my next service contract. This is getting ridiculous!

Great, but didn't see text while waiting in lobby. Said I was waiting and expecting to be announced.
