It went well. What I wanted do, was done. .My service representative was very good.

It took four hours to complete my service. That is my only complaint.

We were on a cross country road trip when our check engine light went on. We call LHM Toyota and got an appointment with the service dept for Noon. We arrived much earlier, and they had the car diagnosed within an hour. Joe Sanchez and the rest of the staff were helpful, pleasant and very efficient. We were back on the road in a few hours, thanks very much!
