The check in process is awkward for those unfamiliar with the process.Employees were very friendly and professional especially Marissa (I think that is the correct name - she was the one who worked with me)Disappointed that I was unable to get the work done today - it’s - 3 hour drive. Seems a bit like a ploy to be able to charge customers for 2 visits. A high volume dealership and service department should have brake rotors available.

The wait for finance was very long, we spent 5 hours in the store. That said, Sebastian was amazing and entertained us the entire time. He was knowledgeable and professional. Once we got into finance Eddie was a pleasure to deal with. Overall, we are very pleased and would buy there again.

Izak was an excellent salesman. He knew the inventory, listened to my requests, worked diligently to get the price I could afford.

It was pretty good. Explained to me what was done to my car. Also in morning, when I drop my car, I let the person known what it needs to be done. She was quick, nice and answered all my questions.

My sales guy Miguel was fabulous. I am just disappointed that I didn't get more for my trade in because what I got barely squeaked me into my budget
