When I first arrived I was greeted by a very cheerful rep. My wait time was very reasonable and when i came to get my car, there was no charge and I was walked to my car in the parking lot. All very courteous and professional.

Overall, peopleare friendly and hardworking.

From the first contact- phone call responding to my inquiry about a vehicle you listed online…Thru 2 test drives ( myself , and then a return w/ my husband) and finally making the deal, Bianca was such a great representative of your dealership. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle. She found out answers quickly if she didn’t already have them. She was a pleasure to deal with thruout the entire process. She is smart, and attentive to the process and was never pushy or acted like making the sale was more important to her than us buying a vehicle we really wanted. And THAT is rare. I hope you are smart enough to keep her and continue her training to be an amazing asset in your staff of sales people. She’s the reason we stayed and bought that truck from your dealership

2 hour wait with appointment made. Oil change appeared normal, but.... Service advisor & I discussed follow up service for 3 days later but he never actually made the followup appointment as agreed.
