Generally a good experience! Had to wait a while, but was a last minute entry on a Saturday. Had an oil change and air filter change.engine drive belt change and had a PVC Valve replaced. Cost was high, but Service Advisor Willard Talbott provided me with valuable service information.

It was really busy, 3 hr wait for a scheduled appointment. Not sure what the point of having an appointment is. Things for my service were recommended as being ‘urgent need’ that were in fact not, like some AC deodorizer… strange. Otherwise things we’re fine.

I was grateful that the service advisor honored the fall discount price for the alignment on my vehicle! :)
