Isaac moya is awesome to work with. Isaac makes coming to Toyota for service to out vehicles very easy because he is always looking out for what is best for our vehicles and budget needs.

Scheduling needed repair was easy. Communication was very good, knew that it would take more than one day for fix. All in all my experiences with American Toyota have been great.

Everything was wonderful except the wait. I waited over 2 hours for a multi point inspection and a tire rotation. I was called and asked if I could come in earlier than my appointment because the service bays were light/slow. If it weren’t for the fort maintenance on a new vehicle, I would go elsewhere.

I took both my vehicles in for an oil change. Synthetic oil for both but only one got synthetic. Service advisor was very accommodating and asked if he could keep the vehicle to change it out to synthetic. Even offered to Uber me , which was not necessary. Great job !

Devon did a great job taking care of the service that was needed on my a Toyota Camry.
