Service person customer service was great!Toyota needs to review servicing of vehicle service.I had an alignment in Aug and Toyota suggested alignment. Had I not remembered, my car would have been aligned again.My question does it need alignment or not. Toyota didn’t check if it infact needed alignment.

Great experience working with Joseph Chavez to order and take delivery of a Grand Highlander hybrid 4x4. As a brand new vehicle for 2024, Joseph helped us determine how spacious the vehicle would be - a key aspect I needed to find out was whether the sunroof would make the cabin too small for me, which it turned out is not a problem. We also had to work through exactly which options were being put together on a vehicle in the color we wanted. Again, Joseph was helpful and efficient in getting us that information.
