I was a bit disappointed when I arrived and checked in for my scheduled service appointment. Due to the fact the service advisor Serinity , I scheduled my appointment with was not working today. I was given another service advisor Andrew Phillips However Andrew did provide me a great service and customer service. He showed empathy, concern and care for my needs for my service, and kept me informed while I waited. He was even able to assist me in acquiring the type of service and maintenance program , that I was looking for and wanted. I feel Andrew showed the type of character Toyota owners look forward to when we arrive to the dealership for service and any other needs required or requested for our vehicles. Other than having to wait from (3.5 hrs) 10:45am to 1:30pm to get an Oil change and 4 tire rotation completed. My experience was satisfactory and more acceptable due to Andrew’s customer service.
