Personable and exceeded expectations

Overall the experience was good, at first I declined extra service but changed my mind so I called back. Thinking my car was being worked on, I found out the reinstatement of the declined. Service was never communicated to the service agent. So I waited a few hours than expected..

I find that the service at most Toyota dealers is excellent as it was at in Albuquerque. My biggest complaint is at the price of your parts. I feel Toyota parts are way over priced. When I am home and having my independent service mechanic work on my Toyota he can usually get the OEM parts for half of the dealer cost and sometimes less then that. Why is there such a higher price at the dealer. It is major concern for me. I have owned a Toyota for over 40 years.

Process was very smooth and easy to understand. My service advisor Ryan was quick to respond and walk me through everything as many times as I needed.

I came in for an oil change and it was going to be a long wait. Devon called me an Uber to take me home and pick me up and take me home. The wait turned out to be about four hours so this was very convenient. I was not charged for the Uber. I thought this was a very good business practice! Thank you Devon!
