5 months at my last oil change I was told I needed to replace my valve cover gaskets but they needed to be ordered. The previous service manager never called me back.I was there to have my oil changed and my valve cover gaskets replaced. Isaac apologized for the previous service manager and took care of me.I used to always ask for Andy to be my service manager. Since Andy has been promoted and trained Isaac, I will always ask for Isaac.Isaac set the expectation when the truck would be ready and was accurate. Great job Isaac!

Ryan Aragon was great. He kept us inform and explained why the maintenance items beyond our original request were necessary. The work was done well, particularly the headlight cleaning, but we have confidence the more important maintenance work was done properly.
