I am most impressed with the salesperson, Bianca Perez. I went from wanting a look at Toyota hybrids to purchasing the Toyota Crown Limited! I am impressed with her empathy and willingness, if she didn't have an answer, to find relevant information for us. Kudos to both Bianca, and LHM American Toyota!

It was great, the employees took car of us very well and even cleaned up my car. My only complaint is that the oil change sticker wasn’t changed and neither was the cars computer for the oil change.

I need to talk with Clay....I was told when I bought this vehicle I was supposed to get oil changes for my life use of the truck....they made me pay for the oil change
