There was an issue with accessing my Mopar Essential Care pre-paid oil change account for payment. John Silva, my service rep went over and above expectations to get it successfully resolved. Had to leave the car an extra day because John was out sick but as soon as he was back he completed the transaction. While he was out, the service department was unable to answer questions or complete the process and during his absence communication with the service department was non-productive.
