At first, very disappointed when trying to contact the service department. No answer by phone, was referred to the online link but wasn't able to login there to get the process started. Finally got a call through and was told that service was backed up until December. My car had suddenly become non-functional and that was not what I wanted to hear. Was able to elevate my issue to another manager who was able to get scheduled in for the same week. From there the experience was mainly positive. The text informing me of work needed was totally based on what I had your shop do in the past and not by true inspection. They recommended two tasks that had just been performed in recent weeks by a different company, which invalidated the rest of the text recommendations.

Easy in and out service. Wait was not to bad. Friendly service.
