Very pleased overall. Trent was my service advisor. He was helpful, informative, and very friendly in the process. This was routine maintenance service & the ease of scheduling online for it worked out very well. When ready to leave, Toni was also very friendly as she handled the payment process & made sure I had all the paperwork ti take home for my files.

Just an oil change but very efficient check on and out. Both service advisors were super nice.

Toni helped me set up the services I needed along with Jordyn who got all the services scheduled and executed and John who verified that the oil change was completed correctly. All of them worked as a team.

The representatives were friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything.

John in service helped me immediately and arranged for service for my jeep.

John was thorough in answering all of my questions and was polite and friendly. I appreciate the excellent service he provided. He even apologized for being late in getting back to me when I hadn’t even realized he was late! Kiddos on a hood employee, LHM!

Made appointment at 9:15, service time took a few hours while I waiting. John Silva provided updates and top notch service for my Escalade. I let him know of some previous issues and he made sure they were corrected on this visit. Hell of a service writer!
