Jordan the Service Technician is great. I unfortunately have to bring my 1st Gen Wagoneer in for servicing so she knows me well. Her customer service is great and she’s the only one that seems to stick around.

My car service as directed by Jordan is always prompt, thorough and complete. I know I can go to her and the service department whenever I have an issue with my car and have it taken care of ASAP. I’m a medical provider and have limited time to make trips to take care of any personal business, so it is a fear relief to know I can rely on my car maintenance is reliable and prompt!
