Service rep was great, he truly “saved” the experience. Appt was not set properly, didn’t include recall, even though I purposefully set the appt on the day I did because the rep over the phone stated that was when the recall could be addressed. So, the potential issue where you could lose steering control I believe is still there.

Attention to detail. Great customer service! Had car trouble after hours, (over the weekend) staff waited and resolved the problem. I was back on the road in time to see a movie. I appreciate Joe , Eric and Richard for staying late to help me. Highly recommend.
