Our Jerp Renegade had several recalls that hadn’t been done. Our problem was fixed after those items were completed.

Well went on Friday & I was on a 3 hr waiting & kept telling me it’s goin N& never did move fr the first move fr the back so I asked if I cud just leave & be back early Saturday MoiN & was excellent

Was a good but the wait was a bit too long. Was told that when I made my appointment that I was the first one. Several other vehicles finished before me, so wondering if the schedule is what is followed or if it's a first come first serve.

I am very satisfied with my experience in the service center. I wanna give a thanks to Joseph and his service team for helping us through this process and letting us know all the costs and all of the maintenance that was done to the jeep also getting the parts in right away. I will be recommending my family and friends to see Joseph and his service team for any Auto repair he is very helpful and Knowledgeable on anything you need for for auto services. Joseph answered all my service and mechanical questions with no Hesitation, he's got a great Attitude and sense of humor thank you and happy holidays Joseph.

It seems you need more people to do work, which is not the fault of the employees, it took over 3 hours for a oil change.
