Service was very good

Took one and one half hours. Too long. The technical was waiting on a response/approval for some recommendationed filter changes that I was never made aware of until another employee, not my service adviser, informed me of this fact. Never got the glovebox notice until I left the dealership.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Excellent fast service. New Service Manager is making a real difference.
