Had a problem with my headlight that had been recently installed by you folks and could not get a 2nd appointment because they said they were booked until September. Alex Lovato stepped in and arranged for an appointment for the next day which was my only day available. Today when I came in he remembered my issue and then took a look at it with and identified the cause of the problem I was having. He got it pushed into service and instead of it taking my entire day (for the 2nd time)they corrected the problem in 2 hours and got me on my way. Thank you Alex!!
