Oil change took about 2.5 hours, the lady I spoke to said 1.5 hour wait. It was ok though, had things to during that time. A little confusing when I picked up my vehicle, paperwork couldn’t be found but eventually they found my keys and paperwork was complete. Service was different than the last couple of oil changes. Service technician didn’t follow with service provided, in prior visits the technician went over the services face to face.
