The reason I brought my Pacifica in was that the Locking wheel nuts that were installed when I purchased the vehicle we're all put on too tight. Your service department ended up drilling out the nuts on all four wheels. Beyond that, in the way that it was handled was fine. Mike was great about taking responsibility for what happened, and even made me aware of a wheel that was severely scratched during the process, that he indicated would be replaced at no charge.

I think the service department only had 3 techs working but somehow they got me in and out on time.
