The back lift on my Grand Cherokee wasn’t latching, I spoke with Trent who advised to bring it in first thing in the morning. The entire team in the service department was so helpful from the Service Manager to the service techs. They endured everything was available before working on it and fixed it right away. The customer service was outstanding and I’m appreciative for them

After a frustrating start with the service department person and speaking to Greg Baca who helped make it right the whole day was much better.

Had a rodent problem and Jordan with her team made sure they could make repairs in the most cost affective way. The communication with me was wonderful during the process which made me feel comfortable and eased any concern. I’m so grateful for that.

The experience overall was long, but nice. Future advice would be to try and have your customers out of the dealership faster.
