Took my Jeep in to get an oil change and tire rotation and unexpectedly drove off with a showcase vehicle. The service was awesome by Alex Trujillo as well as the Accounts Manager and General Manager. Totally unexpected and still surprised. You all are awesome!

I bought a new Jeep Wrangler 4xe in October and immediately had issues with the vehicle. After nearly six months of dealing with 3 different Service Mgrs (the last of which Brandon Banos - not only incompetent, but lacking of basic integrity), STELLANTIS / FCA agreed to a CDI / Trade assist. During this utterly disheartening experience, the only saving grace for LHM was Vic and Kevin from the sales team. Both were exceeded professional and helpful in the purchase of a replacement Jeep. I cannot say enough to praise these two in making the purchase of the replacement Jeep a positive experience. After six months of dealing with the LHM Service Dept, and FCA, my opinion of LHM and FCA will be forever negative. I would keep Vic and Kevin and fire the rest!
