Experience was fine. I wish they would have aired the tire up that is low when they rotated them.I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation.

I went in not expecting to drive away in a new jeep but between Zoe, Keith, and Larry it happened very smoothly. I came to LHM Casa Jeep with a pre-approval from my bank but there were other factors that had to happen in order for a purchase my dreamy yellow two door wrangler. Keith is my hero, he truly went all out to help get me into my new jeep and I am very grateful for that. Zoe is never a hard sale…she’s easy to talk to and she doesn’t know an answer to a question she will find the answer. Larry the FO is an interesting person but he made the paperwork details and signing very easy and for coming in on a spur of the moment on a late Friday afternoon…I was out the door before 8pm. This little wrangler felt like home as soon as I sat in the driver’s seat. I understand she was a special order for another customer who was unable to purchase …how lucky was I to come to see that little yellow jeep waiting for me. There are going to be many happy jeep miles taking place. Thank you Keith,Zoe, and Larry for all your help in making this purchase such an AWESOME experience!
