Jose was beyond AMAZING. I have been to several other dealerships looking for the Volkswagen atlas & I felt pressured and unsure. When Jose approached me I couldn’t choose between 2 vehicles he gave me information about the vehicles so that I can make an informed decision& it was genuine. Even when he asked for credit it wasn’t any pressure he explained the need for it instead of sayin “we need to see what you qualify for” like other salesmen I’ve dealt with. He even helped me transfer all the junk from my trade to my new car! Jose definitely needs and raise and promotion! He makes me want to come back and buy more cars.Paige in finance was amazing also, she gave me information about the warranties and never pressured me. She broke everything down and was very patient since this was the largest amount i have Ever signed for i began to get nervous.
