Since purchasing my new Jeep, I’ve had my oil changed at this location twice before and both experiences were awful. The only reason I came back a third time is because I purchased a 3 oil change package. This time was very different!! In a good way! Everyone was so professional and courteous. Fernando ( I hope I remembered his name correctly) was an absolute pleasure. Explained everything and just genuinely a nice guy. When my husband and I left, we both commented on how different this experience was from previous ones.
