Went in for an alignment today. I thought that my vehicle would of been under warranty due to having the vehicle less than a year. Also, the cost of the alignment was way to expensive.

Best customer service since I’ve been with Chrysler always quick and efficient.

I did not have an appointment for an oil change. I showed up and meet up with my normal service advisor Oscar. He was able to get me in and I got my vehicle back in the time promised. Oscar has always done a great job for me. His customer service is excellent and I value him as my service advisor.

The customer service was amazing but the wait time was terrible. I had a scheduled appointment for 1020am and was waiting on location for my vehicle. I arrived at 1012am and was not out the door till 208pm almost 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I entered they did tell me they were running a bit behind and it would be 2 to 2 1/2 hours it was double that. This has happen multiple times now so disappointed
