We came in to purchase a vehicle. We were working with Juan and he was able to show us different types of vehicle that was within our budget. There were so many vehicles to choose from and he continued to search even the next day until he found a vehicle that was right for us. The paperwork was easier than I've had experience with other dealerships. The team really made it easy for us to get through the whole process of locating, selecting, doing the financial paperwork and purchasing the vehicle.

Vehicle status info was not accurately displayed on the link. It showed veh still in inspection status till approximately 90 mins before closing time when it switched to service complete. I finally called an Uber at 5:20pm so that I could arrive before 6pm Fri, the promised completion time. I would have had more peace of mind if I had known (not suspected) my veh was ready for pickup. It was ready when I arrived and I appreciate that.

Francisco is always helpful and very detailed on what has been done to our vehicle and what needs to get done for the next visit. Thank you Francisco for your great customer service.

Maria was my Service Representative, very nice, professional, knowledgeable and understanding to the issues I needed to get accomplished today, she took charge and got the job done, With circumstances out of her control it took longer then I expected.
