I had an appointment it was quick and easy

Mike was helpful and understanding during my service need. I went to pick up Saturday due to my schedule and it was very busy. Impressed that one service advisor called out to another customer that came in after me that I would be helped first. He said he understood and was told where he could schedule appointment. Did so and came back and still waited to talk to his advisor who did help him which I realize isn't his fault for wanting to help but appears he valued that customer ahead of me even though the other one tried
