Francisco was extremely helpful, explained everything, and got all work done in one day. He listened to my concerns and time requirement, making sure I got my car back the same day.

Juan’s customer service is excellent. He took over someone else work load and maintained professional when dealing with a frustrated client due to delays in parts ordered causing the vehicle being there for an extended period of time. He better the experience by offering a loner vehicle.

Fred Enriquez was great, letting me know that my vehicle would not be serviced right away because of the number of other vehicles in before me for the same issue. He was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me, which was much-appreciated.

I took my van in because the air conditioner was not working properly. He informed me that they were really backed up. I had to keep my van due to my husband’s disability. He went out of his way to work us in. Thank you, Mike!!!

After being promised to have our vehicle back in a day, 2 at the most, he called about 7 hours later saying our vehicle was ready for pickup. The price was the agreed price.
