My Service Advisor reviewed my cars PM History and suggested what needed to be done. When the Service was finished Fred came to the Waiting Area and reviewed the Mechanics findings on the 16 Point Check.Fred commented that there appears to be the start of an engine oil leak and requested I bring the car back in a couple weeks when I can leave it for a day ir two. I plan to return in a couple weeks, so you can assess the leak better……Car was washed and I could feel the ride & breaking improvements.Thanks Fred it was a pleasure working with you!!H. Bond
