On the phone I was told my expected wait time was one to two hours which I was prepared to wait however upon arrival I was told my wait time was expected 4 to 5 hours.I did appreciate the Uber rides, the friendliness of the staff & the clean facility.

Car was fixed but it took 2.5 days (over a weekend so actually more like 5) and I did not expect that. Apparently, too many cars are being sold and your service bays are overwhelmed
