Everyone very nice, however sales now finance explained service warranty that was included in loan. It was never discussed as optional. Also, car was brought from another dealership so didn't test drive or see until after purchase commoner when car arrived. Worn tire tread was noticed before leaving. Upon further inspection at home, tires are very worn and missing tread in spots.
