Short wait time. Good people to deal with.

I had my car tinted and then had the car serviced as well as a recall on tpms. The tinting staff was awesome to work with very nice and they bent over backwards to make the entire endeavor painless. I ended up dealing with an awesome service writer who was very helpful in facilitating the pick up of my car. Sadly I did deal with a service writer that was very dismissive and seemed to be annoyed at the prospect of doing his job. I had previously called to try to schedule everything earlier in the week I talked with the service writer on the phone then was guided to him when I came in person and gave my name. He was very rude and said he might forget to service my car. So when I talked to the tinting staff the next day I asked for them to go to another service writer who did a great job

The hood latch was not installed. I had to pull off the highway to attach it.

Robert was very communicative and caring with the service issue I needed. He made the entire experience very pleasant and got the work done quickly!

The check in process was fast. I waited while getting my oil changed. Relaxing waiting area with Wi-Fi
