I called before hand to get a quote on a transmission service. The gal told me that it would be $530. She did NOT mention that that was parts only. Robert did call me to confirm that I knew it would be "a lot." At that point, I didn't feel like I couldn't do the service so I ended up paying over $900. He didn't go over the bill to tell me what all I paid for. I looked at it once I was home and I'm not sure I understand what all of it is. Didn't love this experience.
