Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The purchasing process was streamlined and efficient. Alex, our salesman, has checked in frequently to see if we have any questions that he can answer for us as we learn about our new car. The car is beautiful! We do have several concerns that are being addressed through the manufacturer warranty. These are a small scratch in the wood panel on the driver’s side rear door, a small tear in the leather on the back pocket of the driver’s seat, a third row seat that will not raise and lower with the switch, and a fairly frequent popping sound from the rear of the car. We trust that these issues will all be taken care of to our satisfaction and in a timely manner.
