Very friendly. Prompt to talk with you and find out your needs. Super frustrating that you can't take a newer vehicle to other shops other than "Mopar" dodge dealerships. Or I guess you can and then wait your turn until the dealership can get you in for reprogramming. Other than the obvious waiting 2 weeks or more for an opening everything went well so far.

I was able to drop it off in the middle of the night and pick it up in the afternoon due to me working overnights. Everyone was really nice and friendly. I wish there was a little more explaining but any questions I had they answered. Overall really good experience.
