Great sale men

Lanny was a HUGE help in getting things going for me and during pick-up. But might I say that staff could at least acknowledge with a “be with you in a few minutes”. I stood around for a while not knowing if I was in the right spot or not. But again, Lanny was excellent, even giving me a quick lesson on working the dash board when I asked for help. 5 stars for Lanny!

Oil change, tire rotation and recall work. Plus a few other things that needed, addressing on my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee hybrid. Service rep who met me and did the intake of my vehicle was efficient and very friendly. Kyle, who called me when my vehicle was complete was very thorough and telling me what they did and went through everything in great detail. He was extremely nice. experience was wonderful.

Eric, The service writer was absolutely great. I felt like he is an honest man. He is a very courteous gentleman. Answered my phone calls etc.. I would say that he went above and beyond for me. Julie Jones

I pulled in and Gabe met me at my door. He then asked what I needed and I told him. He got my Durango in and out for service very quickly for me.
