They did what I requested and answered my questions. Robert is professional, friendly and made the experience very easy.

We had found a new "used" vehicle online, then called to make appt. to set up a meeting with a representative at our convenience. We arrived and was immediately met with Chris Cloe, who had the vehicle up front and ready to go! Chris was knowledgable about the vehicle and was prepared to go with us on a test drive. After we were done driving and "checking out" the vehicle, we decided we loved it! Chris was so professional and organized that all the paperwork was so easy and fast. Negotiations went smoothly and satisfactorily so we were able to purchase the vehicle very easily. Mason in financing also did a wonderful job (personable, knowlegable and very good to work with)! We were approved and Chris had our vehicle all ready to go, clean and beautiful! Chris advised us to always contact/come by with any questions or needs we may have. For for the first time in a very long time with any dealership, we knew he was sincere. We enjoyed trading vehicles for possibly the first time in a VERY long time, because of the way this dealership did business with us. On a final note, we have been to 3 of the other major dealerships in Boise/Nampa and will never go to anyone else after experiencing the staff at Larry Miller. We met several people who were all very friendly and willing to help. Larry Miller has definitely got our business in the future.
