I brought in my Pacifica because the center screen would keep restarting every 3 minutes when I was driving. Took 1 week in service to get back to me that nothing is wrong with my batteries after they charged up the aux. then when I picked up my car, the car wouldn’t start and was completely dead. Took another week to say they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I asked if they changed the primary battery and they had not yet. Finally tested it and took another 3 days to get me my car after I asked about the primary battery. In total, was in service for 14 days to change the main battery. Then, on my drive home- the same issue I was having for why i was bringing in my car immediately resumed. They never fixed the problem of the computer restarting! Plus now my navigation is totally screwed up and says my center point of where I am is not even in the same city of where I am.

Robert and mike Iwakiri were extremely helpful and diagnosed a fairly strange, to me, electrical problem and fixed it. Both very friendly and professional.

Took a long time but am satisfied with the results.
