Great customer service

I know you started a new system yesterday which may have contributed to things not working so smoothly, nor as smoothly as I would have liked. I forgot to ask, but was not told my car would need to be kept overnight so when I expected to get a call that it was ready, it was not. When I finally got a call back on Wednesday, I was told they had to finish up the diagnostics and would let me know later what the problem was. I was able to pick my van up today but was not told that I would see an error message that said Start/Stop not working (that is what I brought the van in for). I drove around for awhile and the message did not go away so drove back to the service department and was told it might be 72 hours before that message went away. I had not been told to expect that message.

Robert communicated very well and gave me updates on my car throughout the day. We discussed everything about my car before a parts were ordered or put in. Had a good overall experience.
