Robert provided exceptional service. He proactively suggested I purchase the 3 oil change special, which I did. He suggested replacement of wipers and air filter which I said that I can do myself and he graciously accepted my comment. He suggested the vehicle needed front end alignment to promote tire life which I authorized. I asked about an “Service Start/Stop” warning light which came on earlier this week after I left the vehicle overnight in “Reverse” rather than Park, thus completely draining my battery, requiring a Jump-Start the next morning. He provided a knowledgeable response of what to anticipate once the car has been driven long enough to bring the battery back to full-charge. And what to do if the warning light doesn’t go off. This saved me an immediate service expense for diagnostics which I will have done if the light remains an issue.
