Technicians should actually check fluids on differentials before listing it as a critical item that needs attention. I had just changed all the fluids in my differentials last month. They said it needed to be done and was a critical item, this could have been unnecessary charge of almost $400 dollars if my wife would have been the one to take it in like originally planed. I had also asked for fuel filters changed during the service. When they came and got me I asked if they changed them and I was told no, I asked why they said it’s $400 dollars for the filters and there was 25% left on them. I try to stay on top of the fuel filters considering the recall on the high pressure fuel pump. Since my truck was already out of the shop I will take care of this myself. I was impressed with the speedy oil change.

For the most part it was good, except for the waiting and price changing between the sales person and then the finance person. I came in with finances already approved and still waiting for you all to send paperwork out to my bank and for my down payment check to be deposited.

Overall, it was very good. The only thing I had a problem with is the $227 charge for labor to put on a gas cap. The labor for replacing the brakes was less than than that and that seems like more work than the has cap would take. Doesn't seem right.

We brought our truck in for servicing, and Taris helped us. She was very communicative, and most everything was fixed in a timely manner. The only thing that couldn't get fixed was because a part was on back order, but Taris said that she would let us know when it comes in. Overall this was a very good experience and I would highly recommend the service department to anyone
