It was good! I got out of there after my service within an hour and 15 mins

Took my car in for service, my service tech was good and met my expectations. Because I didn’t see ANY familiar faces in the service area, I wonder why such drastic turn over. I bought my car there in 2019 so I’ve been a regular there ever since. It makes me sad you lost So many good people!.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and fast service. I just wish the coffee machine would work. It has been out of order the last few times that I have been there.

I came for an oil change at 3:30 on a Monday, and was able to get right in. I purchased 3 oil changes which had jumped up in price. Unfortunately I also had to have my brake fluid changed too. $381.00 Later, what an expensive oil change.

Easy and well informed

Came in to look at vehicles. We have bought our last 5 vehicles from Larry H Miller in Riverdale. We were trying to get a sales persons attention when Joe walked in. Still had everything in his hands because he was just getting to work. He greeted us and asked if he could help us. We explained what we were there for and what we wanted. He asked if he could put his things up and be right back to us. And everything after that was AMAZING. He was very attentive and listened to everything and helped right through to the end. Very good experience. Also Kelly has done our paperwork every time we have bought a vehicle from there. He’s WONDERFUL and knows his job like the back of his hand.
