Of course a first time meeting always presents the trust issue. I think the customer needs to fully understand the extent of the WHY of repairs not just the fact it needs repairs. When being charged a large amount for repairs it helps to itemize the repairs and their potential costs. The goal should be to set the customer at ease for the cost of repairs.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. She said we will take care of emissions and get my November sticker. My experience was so positive and I greatly appreciate the service I get.

My only complaint was that they didn't wash my vehicle.

Had to wait for someone to wait on me in customer service, but other than that, everything was good.

Landon was fantastic! We had a confusing problem with our Jeep Wrangler and he squeezed us in quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. We are very appreciative!

Great job. However, one suggestion when the car is parked overnight following the service, please close the windows - the driver side window was 100% down; luckily there was no rain or none gain access to the vehicle in the middle of the night
