Pros: Our sales person was great and easy to work with. We are happy with the vehicle we selected. The dealership was fair on trade-in values. Cons: We were at the dealership way too long due to the finance system. We were instructed to bring our vehicle back in the next business day for service to apply add-ons. This was a waste of time as the add-ons were already completed. Experience with the service department was less than satisfactory, leaving us to cringe at the thought of going in for our next service appointment.
