When I pulled in Bry was right there gretted me and directed me to the waiting area and said she would come and get me when it was done. And within a short period she came to get me, explained three other items that needed attention. I thought there might be two of the items to take care of but I wasn't aware of the third. Glad she made me aware of them. Bry was very efficient, professional and really friendly to top it off. Just a delight to have her as my service advisor.
