When I arrived, they got my car right in. I had forgot to add in my oil change and they added it and no questions ask for my appointment. I have enjoyed dealing with Chrysler. Everyone is very good. I want to say Landon has been wonderful not sure if that’s his name.

We have a 2023 Grand Wagoneer that was having some issues. They got us in the next day. Got it all fixed within a few hours and even did an oil change. Service department always has great service.

Prompt service, friendly service representative. Would have appreciated being given the option to have them do a manufacturer recommendation, for a filter change I believe, instead of being told there was one and that I can have it done the next time I get my oil changed.

Everything went great except for my truck had to stay over the weekend, but that was not Landon‘s fault. That was just a previous scheduling of my appointment. Landon done great.
